What makes a custom art piece from Harmon Art truly special? Before taking on any commissioned work, I try, first, to understand my client's vision. For example, when painting portraits of a client's horses, I tried my best to understand their world—riding them, feeding them, and spending time with them—so I could better capture their unique personalities and strengths on canvas.

My collaborative process for custom art pieces typically begins with an in-depth conversation to first, understand your vision, which I then enhance through personal experience and reflection. Next, I develop a thumbnail sketch of the piece, exploring basic composition, value structure, contrasts, color schemes, and finally details. Creation can sometimes be a messy process, so I always seek divine inspiration, knowing that He can always make me a better artist.

I find the greatest joy in creating art that expresses each client's unique vision. My commissions are varied, ranging from heartfelt portraits of loved ones and beloved pets to serene landscapes, intricate structures, and sacred moments in life.
